Constructions:

Quadruplex insulated conductors consist of three insulated phase conductors twisted around one neutral conductor, the neutral conductor can be insulated or bare on customer’s request. The cables are twisted together to form a quadruplex assembly.

1. Conductor of Phase Core

Condition: concentrically stranded aluminum conductors, compact and uncompact available

Material: AAC(Aluminum 1350-H19) in most scenario. Aluminum Alloy(6201-T81) or Aluminum Alloy 8000 series available on request

2. Conductor of Neutral Core

Condition: concentrically stranded conductors, uncompact

Material: AAC(Aluminum 1350-H19), AAAC(Aluminum Alloy 6201-T81) or ACSR as per requirement

 3. Insulation

Material: XLPE, HDPE, LDPE or PVC on request, UV resistant

Core identification: color strips, printed numbers or extruded ribs as per requirement
